Partial Color

This tutorial is a good way to brighten up or make effects on a picture.
First choose your picture.
I chose this one to make it simple.

Use the Freehand Selection tool,outline what you want to change.
If you want more outlined areas, press shift as you outline the other part.

Then you can colorize the outlined area,make some effect to it etc.
Here is my result.
