Copy the image you find here
Or make a new image at 1130 x 1200.
Paste it as a new image.
Then you create a new vector and draw rectangeles over the rectangeles that are on the image from before.

You can change the box to the right however you want it to in size and shape,even how many,
but DONT change the one on the left cause that one is where the navigation will come.
After you have made the shapes you are happy with then make them transparent,50 should do it.
I always use white fillings in the boxes but you can use another one instead if you feel like it.

Then you can delete my picture and continue with yours.
Now the fun (and tricky) part begin.
Make a new layer BEFORE the vector layer,so the pics comes "under" the boxes.

Add the pics you want to be in the layout,it can be small images or many images blend in together.
When you are done with that,cut/delete away parts of the images that you dont want in the layout.(to make it have even edges) You can have it thin or thick,its up to you.
The add whatever you want of textures,patterns,brushes,text or etc.
If you are satisfied with it then save it as a .jpg or .gif file and DONT lock it.
Okay,then you are done with the first part.
Lets move on to the second part.
Now,select about the half top of the layout and copy it.
Make a new image at 1130 x 330 and paste the top of the layout there,so the top comes at the top.(0,0)
Then just save it as a .jpg or .gif image and then you are done!

BUT if you dont know how to code it then I suggest you keep on reading.
I wont make it difficult on you and add bits and pieces of the code.
Here is the code if you HAVENT changed the boxes and have them like the image I have.
Just change colors and what you want of text(unless you know what you are doing)
And add the url's of the top and the bottom layouts.

Some people might me confused about the numbers thing so I will explain it.
height:?.It just means how tall you want the area to be(if you dont know try a number and then change it if its wrong.)
widht:? .It just means how wide you want the area to be(if you dont know try a number and then change it if its wrong.)
top:?This one is a bit trickier.It means how much FROM THE TOP you want the area to be.(if you dont know try a number and then change it if its wrong.)
left:?.This one is a bit trickier also,It means how much FROM THE LEFT you want the area to be.(if you dont know try a number and then change it if its wrong.)

Okay,you have gotten it now?
How much do I have to change,you ask.
Well,you might see something like (number)px somewhere.
px means pixels,so 1 px is 1 pixel,try it out on paint or psp and see how small that is.
